Babylon Microfarms
Our Blue Ridge Microfarms utilize hydroponics, the process of growing of plants without soil, to grow an array of greens and herbs for us to use in salads and other meals at our residential dining locations.

Collaborative Composting
We work with Clemson University to collect organic materials—including food waste and compostable service items such as napkins and wooden stir sticks—to be composted into useable, nutrient-rich soil amendments.
Proactive Prevention
We use tracking and forecasting tools to proactively identify food waste trends in order to alter our preparation accordingly.

The Common Market Southeast is a mission-driven distributor of sustainable, local farm foods to the Atlanta area and beyond.
Hickory Hill Milk (Edgefield, SC)
Hickory Hill Milk is all-natural, fresh milk that is low-temp pasteurized, and non-homogenized. This product is served in all three of our all-you-care-to-eat dining halls.
Chattooga Belle Farm (Long Creek, SC)
Chattooga Belle Farm is a 200 acre working farm located in beautiful Long Creek, South Carolina. Clemson Home Dining sources fresh apples and other speciality products for use in all three of our all-you-care-to-eat dining halls.
